The Mission Briefing
If you're evaluating one of the Missions, this is the call. Free, 30 minutes, and we spend it on one question: does this thing actually work in your practice, or doesn't it?
I'll tell you if it doesn't. That's not modesty — it's that a bad fit costs me more than a lost sale does.
Come with your numbers if you have them. If you don't, come anyway.
Prefer email first?
Send the briefing request and I'll write back.
Tell me where the practice is and what you're trying to move. I read every inquiry personally.

Pick My Brain.
30 minutes. $500. Any and all questions about practice marketing.
People ask to pick my brain constantly. I like it — it's how I find out what's actually happening in practices that aren't mine.
But "quick question" turned into a part-time job, and the people paying me for my time started getting less of it.
So here's the deal. $500. 30 minutes. On the calendar. You get my full attention and a straight answer.
What you can ask
Any and all questions regarding practice marketing. You don't have to narrow it down before we talk.
What people actually bring:
- —New patient numbers stalled — and nobody can tell them why
- —Corporate outreach: how to get in the door at a company that won't call back
- —A marketing budget that isn't returning anything
- —Google, ads, referrals, events — which one deserves this quarter
- —MD and attorney co-management: how those relationships actually get built
- —The thing you're embarrassed to ask your own consultant
Come with one real problem. Mile deep beats inch deep, mile wide — 30 minutes is enough for one thing handled properly, and not enough for six things handled badly.
How it works
- 1
Pay. $500, one time. Takes a minute.
- 2
Book. You land straight on my calendar. Pick your time.
- 3
Show up. Link comes with your confirmation. Bring the problem.
If you can't find your time, don't worry. Just book it, and we'll find a good time that'll work together.
Why it costs $500
Because my current clients pay for my time, and this allows me to honor that.
If I handed the same 30 minutes to anyone who asked, I'd be taking it from people who already wrote a check. That's the whole reason. Not scarcity. Not positioning.
I'm not going to tell you there are three spots left.
What happens after
Sometimes 30 minutes is all you needed. Good — go run it.
Sometimes it's the start of something. If we both think there's more here, there's a playbook you can buy or a coaching program you can join. I'll tell you which one fits — or I'll tell you neither does.
No pitch on the call unless you ask for one.
Not sure it's worth $500?
Email me one question.
One. Not a list. You'll get a straight answer back — no charge, no pitch, no funnel.
Here's the honest math: answering six questions in writing takes me longer than answering sixteen out loud. That's what the 30 minutes is for. So if you send me a wall, I'm going to send you back to this page — not to be difficult, but because you'll get a better answer on a call, and you'll get it faster.
One question, free. Everything else, $500.
