About

Why Quazar exists.

I'm Dr. Joseph Sas. I built Quazar because the coaching programs I was paying for kept asking me to bend to their system instead of bending to help me.

I got tired of being fit into someone else's system.

I spent years inside coaching programs that all pissed me off the same way. They had a system. The system was their identity. Everything they sold rolled into it. And if you didn't slot neatly in, that was your problem — not theirs.

The breaking point was watching other clients brag about smashing their milestones while I was stagnating in the same program, paying the same fee. The coach wasn't bending the system to help me. The coach was waiting for me to bend.

Here's what I figured out: no single coach can fix everything. A clinician — or any practice owner — needs help across multiple domains to actually build something durable. Mindset is a different skillset than systems. Creative is a different skillset than operations. Try to get all of it from one place and you end up with a watered-down version of each.

I have three coaches right now. Tristan Schaub (digital and creative). Jeffrey Eisen (mindset). Billy Chow (systems and sounding board). Each one is sharp in his lane. Together, they cover what I actually need.

Quazar is built on that same principle — for the operator side. EAPs. Corporate events. Internal office systems. The stuff that builds predictable revenue and buys back your time. Not a system you have to squeeze into. A set of Missions you pick from based on where you actually are.

Could I just hand you a playbook and say "execute"? Sure. About 1% of you would actually do it. The other 99% — including me, when I was on the receiving end — need handholding. Real conversations. Someone in the trenches with you. That's what this is.

Who this is for

Practice owners — chiropractors most of all, though the systems work for anyone running a practice — who are tired of being a template. Who want to build something on their own terms. Who know they need help and don't want to pretend otherwise.

That's it. That's Quazar.

I'm a chiropractor. Have been for 18 years. I own Gateway Chiropractic in St. Louis and built the corporate EAP and event-marketing systems Quazar teaches inside that practice. Not theory I read in a book — results I produced in my own clinic before turning around and showing other owners how.

Outside the practice: I have a wife, two young kids, a Traeger I'm obsessed with, a 3D printer I haven't fully figured out yet, and an ongoing side hobby selling lumber on Facebook Marketplace. I collect Gideon's Bakehouse trading cards because they're cool.

Quazar exists because I built something that worked, watched coaches I paid fail to teach me anything different, and decided the next layer of practice owners deserved better.
